Essential Job Duties

Responsibilities: Preparing library materials for relocation to the Bookbot. This includes physical organization of materials, data entry, managing spreadsheets, and various quality control tasks. Other duties may include image cataloging, image digitization, digital image management, digital copywork, and public service.

Departmental Required Skills

Enrollment in a graduate level program. Strong attention to detail is required. Previous experience with data entry and spreadsheets preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to work effectively with a team. Familiarity with searching library catalogs, databases, and the Internet. Interest in or background in design, art, architecture, or libraries preferred.
