Essential Job Duties

The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the prep work and setup for events around campus including preparing silverware, napkins, and other general stockroom duties and to provide food and beverage service for buffets, break services, receptions and plated meals. In addition, the position is required to work at all of the home football games.

Other Work/Responsibilities
Minimum Experience/Education

Previous food service experience.

Departmental Required Skills

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers.

Ability to maintain grade A sanitation rating of 95% or better.

Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Experience working in catering.

4 years of food service experience.

Prefer high school graduate.

Required License or Certification
