Essential Job Duties

Repair of classroom furniture, install and finish dry wall; install ceiling site, assist with prep work and cleanup. Will work on systems, flooring, cabinetwork and counter top installations. Transport materials to job to assist in water damage remediation and restoration.

Carpenter experience with commercial stud work and sheet rock installation, and finishing with some electrical and plumbing background.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

10 years minimum experience in commercial carpentry. Framing with metal studs, sheet rock installation and finishing, installation of acoustical ceilings and tile. Knowledge of electrical or plumbing is a plus.

Required License or Certification

A valid NC license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
