Essential Job Duties

Customer service representative/ call center position, receiving service requests over phone, chat, and email, with varying degrees of complication and urgency. Reporting issues to technical support staff.

Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Experience interacting directly with customers. Using a tracking system to document customer interaction, gather information and details of inquiries or reported problems, actions taken, progress toward resolution.

Must maintain standards and goals set by the Libraries while achieving a high level of customer service, referring unresolved customer issues to appropriate Remedy/ServiceNow queue or supervisor for further action.
